Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 11, 2026Last Updated: September 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, online communities, forms, payment pages, products, memberships, resources, and services provided by Always Thankful Inc. (“ATI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to alwaysthankfulinc.com, community.alwaysthankfulinc.com, and ATI-controlled checkout pages, forms, portals, and related online services.

By accessing an ATI website, creating an account, submitting information, making a purchase, enrolling in a membership, or using an ATI product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our websites, products, memberships, or services.

1. About Always Thankful Inc.

Always Thankful Inc. is a business infrastructure and operations company based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

ATI helps businesses, founders, organizations, and growing teams build stronger structure, systems, operations, and readiness so they can move forward with greater clarity, consistency, and practical execution.

ATI’s work may include:

  • Consulting & Strategy
  • Systems & Implementation
  • Operations, Workforce & Back Office
  • Readiness, Growth & Accountability
  • Digital products and educational resources
  • Online courses and memberships
  • Community resources and member support
  • Affiliate, partner, and authorized resale offers

The availability, scope, price, and terms of a particular offering will be stated on the applicable webpage, checkout page, invoice, proposal, order form, or written agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or use ATI’s paid offerings.

By using an ATI website or purchasing an offering, you represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
  • You will use ATI’s websites and offerings only for lawful purposes.
  • If you act for a business or organization, you have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Website Content and Informational Use

ATI’s public website content is provided for general business education and informational purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, you may view and print reasonable portions of public website content for your own lawful, noncommercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, or commercially exploit ATI content without written permission.

You may not copy or use ATI’s proprietary methods, processes, systems, course materials, templates, technology, branding, or protected resources except as expressly permitted in writing.

Website content does not create a consultant-client, contractor-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. A professional relationship begins only when ATI and the client enter into an applicable written agreement or ATI expressly confirms the engagement.

4. Professional-Services Boundary

ATI provides business infrastructure, operational, educational, strategic, and implementation support within an approved scope.

ATI may help identify requirements, organize information, strengthen readiness, coordinate next steps, and support implementation. ATI does not provide final legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, lending, funding, or regulatory determinations and does not replace appropriately licensed professionals.

Before making decisions that may materially affect your legal rights, taxes, finances, regulatory responsibilities, or business, you should consult a qualified professional in the appropriate field.

5. Consulting and Client Services

Consulting, implementation, operational, workforce, back-office, readiness, and project-based services may require a separate proposal, scope of work, service agreement, order form, invoice, independent contractor agreement, or data-processing or confidentiality agreement.

The separate agreement may address deliverables, responsibilities, deadlines, fees, payment schedules, revisions, confidentiality, data handling, ownership, termination, and other engagement-specific terms.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

ATI does not guarantee funding, financing, contracts, grants, jobs, revenue, profit, business growth, regulatory approval, or any particular result.

6. Digital Products and Educational Content

Digital offerings may include e-books and guides, templates and worksheets, courses and training materials, recordings and presentations, downloads and digital tools, community resources, and licensed or authorized resale products.

Unless an offering expressly includes broader written rights, your purchase provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the content for its intended purpose.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials or restricted access.
  • Copy or distribute protected files.
  • Upload products to file-sharing platforms.
  • Reproduce or modify products for resale.
  • Remove copyright, attribution, or ownership notices.
  • Claim ATI content as your own.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit content without express written authorization.

Any commercial-use, private-label, master-resale, affiliate, or other resale rights apply only when those rights are expressly included with the specific product.

7. Digital Delivery and Access

Digital products may be delivered by immediate download, email, customer account, member portal, community access, or an authorized third-party platform.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam or promotional folders, protecting login credentials, and maintaining compatible equipment and internet access.

Delivery or access may require account creation, identity confirmation, enrollment processing, or verification by ATI or a third-party provider.

If you do not receive access within the timeframe stated for the offer, contact support@alwaysthankfulinc.com so ATI can review the order and assist with delivery.

8. Third-Party Products, Platforms, and Links

ATI may reference, recommend, link to, facilitate access to, or sell authorized access to products and services operated by independent third parties.

Third-party offerings may be subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, licensing terms, community rules, technical requirements, and refund policies.

ATI does not control an independent third party’s platform, policies, availability, features, security practices, or business decisions.

A link, reference, affiliate relationship, partnership, or authorized resale arrangement does not mean ATI owns or controls the third-party provider. It also does not constitute an ATI guarantee or endorsement of every statement, feature, result, or practice associated with that provider.

ATI is not responsible for content, products, services, losses, or damages arising solely from an independent third-party website or platform.

9. Affiliate Relationships and Compensation

ATI may receive commissions, referral fees, revenue shares, or other compensation when a customer purchases through certain links or offers.

When disclosure is required, ATI will identify the applicable affiliate, referral, partner, or compensated relationship. Affiliate compensation does not increase the customer’s price unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Participation in an affiliate, resale, income-generating, or business opportunity does not guarantee commissions, sales, revenue, profit, audience growth, or any other result. Individual outcomes depend on factors including effort, skill, consistency, audience, market conditions, platform rules, and implementation.

10. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay the price, applicable taxes, and other disclosed charges shown before completing your purchase.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another identified payment provider. Payment providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. ATI does not directly store complete payment-card numbers processed by an independent payment provider.

ATI may correct pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an order. If ATI cannot fulfill an order at the displayed price because of a material error, ATI may cancel the transaction and issue an applicable refund.

Failed, declined, reversed, disputed, or overdue payments may result in delayed delivery, suspended access, canceled access, or collection activity permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

11. Digital-Product Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered or made accessible electronically and cannot ordinarily be returned, digital-product purchases are generally final and non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided.

ATI may provide replacement access, a replacement file, a corrected file, or reasonable technical assistance when a customer experiences a verified delivery or access problem.

The general no-refund policy does not prevent ATI from reviewing duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, products ATI fails to deliver, material defects ATI cannot reasonably correct, incorrect products delivered by ATI, or refunds required by applicable law.

A customer must contact support@alwaysthankfulinc.com with the order information and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit any nonwaivable consumer rights.

12. Memberships and Recurring Payments

ATI may offer monthly, annual, or other recurring memberships. The applicable checkout page will disclose the membership price, billing frequency, included access, and renewal terms before enrollment.

By enrolling, you authorize ATI and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until the membership is canceled.

Unless the offer states otherwise:

  • Memberships renew automatically.
  • You may cancel at any time before the next renewal.
  • Cancellation stops future charges.
  • Access continues through the end of the period already paid.
  • Partial-month or prorated refunds are not provided.
  • Unused membership time does not create a credit.

Exceptions may apply to duplicate charges, verified billing errors, failure to provide purchased access, or refunds required by law.

ATI may change a membership’s price, benefits, or structure. When legally required or reasonably appropriate, ATI will provide notice before a material change takes effect. Your continued membership after the effective date of a properly disclosed change constitutes acceptance of the updated membership terms.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring ATI membership through any available online customer portal or by contacting support@alwaysthankfulinc.com.

A cancellation request should include the customer’s name and the email address connected to the membership.

Canceling a membership does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed. ATI will not require a customer to continue a membership after a properly submitted cancellation takes effect.

14. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons

Promotional prices, coupons, bonuses, and limited-time offers are subject to the conditions stated with the promotion.

Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, discounts do not apply retroactively, a promotion has no cash value, ATI may end or modify a promotion before purchase, and promotional eligibility may be limited.

A discount applied to one billing period does not change future recurring charges unless the checkout terms expressly state otherwise.

15. Customer Accounts

Some ATI offerings require an account or community profile.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting passwords and login credentials, restricting unauthorized account access, activity conducted through your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.

ATI may require reasonable identity or purchase verification before providing account support, changing access, or releasing information.

16. Community Participation

ATI may provide community spaces, discussion areas, comments, lessons, or member interaction. You agree to communicate respectfully and use community areas for their intended purpose.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
  • Publish unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing material.
  • Share another person’s private or confidential information without authorization.
  • Send spam or unauthorized promotions.
  • Solicit members in a misleading or disruptive manner.
  • Upload malicious code or harmful files.
  • Attempt to bypass access restrictions.
  • Copy or redistribute protected community resources.
  • Impersonate another person, business, or ATI representative.
  • Use the community for fraud or unlawful activity.

ATI may remove content or restrict community access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, meet legal obligations, or address safety and security concerns.

17. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to ATI unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

When you voluntarily post content in an ATI community or submit content for display, you grant ATI a limited, nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the applicable service.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and that its use does not violate another person’s rights. ATI is not required to publish, preserve, or continue displaying user-submitted content.

Do not submit confidential business information to public or community areas unless you are comfortable with authorized users viewing it.

18. Intellectual Property

ATI’s original website content, written materials, courses, resources, frameworks, processes, documents, graphics, branding, logos, videos, audio, templates, systems, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Always Thankful Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

“Always Thankful Inc.,” “ATI,” ATI’s logos, and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, certification, endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written authorization.

References to third-party names and trademarks are for identification purposes. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or automatically imply endorsement.

No intellectual-property ownership is transferred through website use or a purchase unless expressly stated in a signed agreement or written license.

19. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Concerns

If you believe content available through an ATI-controlled platform infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact support@alwaysthankfulinc.com.

Include your name and contact information, identification of the protected work, identification and location of the disputed material, an explanation of your ownership or authority, and a statement that the information provided is accurate. ATI may request additional information before taking action.

20. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use ATI’s websites, forms, systems, or services to violate any law or regulation; commit fraud or misrepresentation; interfere with website operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware or harmful code; collect information about other users without authorization; scrape protected content; circumvent payment, account, or access controls; misuse ATI’s name, identity, systems, or intellectual property; or create an unreasonable burden on ATI’s technology or operations.

ATI may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful requests from appropriate authorities.

21. Service Availability and Changes

ATI works to maintain reliable websites, products, communities, and services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, security issues, internet or hosting failures, third-party platform changes, or events outside ATI’s reasonable control.

ATI may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue a website feature, resource, product, or service. When a material change affects a paid offering, ATI will address the change according to the applicable offer terms, written agreement, and law.

22. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive agreements, notices, receipts, disclosures, and other communications electronically.

Electronic acceptance methods—including checkboxes, typed names, digital signatures, payment submissions, and account actions—may be treated as your signature and agreement to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining a working email address and reviewing communications connected to your account or purchase.

23. Privacy

ATI handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By using ATI’s websites or services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, community access, communications, forms, scheduling, analytics, payments, file delivery, security, and business operations.

24. Disclaimers

ATI’s websites and general educational materials do not constitute individualized professional advice.

ATI’s websites, public content, and general resources are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ATI does not represent or warrant that every website or feature will operate without interruption; content will be free from every error; every resource will remain permanently available; third-party platforms will remain unchanged; use of an offering will produce a particular result; or websites will be completely free from harmful components or unauthorized activity.

You are responsible for evaluating information, maintaining appropriate backups, protecting your systems, and making your own business decisions.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATI and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to website use, service interruptions, loss of data, lost opportunities, revenue or profit, user conduct, third-party products or platforms, or reliance on general educational content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATI’s total liability for a claim involving a paid product or service will not exceed the amount paid directly to ATI for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

26. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ATI and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of ATI’s websites or offerings; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of another person’s rights; content you submit or distribute; or your misuse or unauthorized redistribution of protected materials.

This section does not require you to indemnify ATI for conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

27. Termination and Suspension

ATI may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, a violation of these Terms, misuse of protected content, fraud or unauthorized activity, security threats, harmful community conduct, legal or regulatory requirements, or discontinuation of an offering.

When appropriate, ATI may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, or community safety.

Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive will remain effective after termination.

28. Force Majeure

ATI will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility failures, internet disruptions, cyber incidents, labor interruptions, public emergencies, government actions, war, civil unrest, epidemics, or failures of third-party providers.

This section does not remove refund or performance obligations that cannot legally be waived.

29. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you and ATI agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue by written communication.

Send dispute notices to support@alwaysthankfulinc.com and include your name, contact information, purchase or account details, and a description of the issue.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief available under applicable law or using an authorized consumer-protection process. A separate signed client agreement may establish additional dispute-resolution terms for that engagement.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

31. No Waiver

ATI’s failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive ATI’s right to enforce that provision or another provision later. A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized ATI representative.

32. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without ATI’s written permission.

ATI may transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or other lawful business transaction.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable checkout disclosures, and any separate written agreement constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable ATI offering.

A separate signed agreement, order form, proposal, license, or scope of work may contain additional terms and will control when it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.

34. Changes to These Terms

ATI may update these Terms when its business, offerings, technology, or legal obligations change.

The revised “Last Updated” date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, email, account, or community when appropriate.

Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Changes will not retroactively alter a signed client agreement unless that agreement permits the change or both parties agree.
