Always Thankful Inc. was founded by Anya Lumpkin — an entrepreneur with more than three decades of hands-on operational experience that was never built in a boardroom. It was built in the field: managing real teams, solving real problems, and designing systems that allowed organizations to actually function.
Over the years, Anya has managed large contractor ecosystems with more than 250 independent agents, built and operated multiple ventures, designed operational systems for growing organizations, and led teams through the kind of operational complexity that no textbook fully prepares you for.
Her experience spans business consulting, remote workforce infrastructure, community-centered entrepreneurship, and operational design — giving ATI a perspective that is grounded in how businesses actually work, not just how they're supposed to.
